Description
2011 24" Peterbilt, Generator. CDL required. 33,000 GVW. I had this truck built brand new from LDV and am the original owner.
A generator powers the 2 roof top AC units, as well as all electrical needs when the truck is not plugged in. Having a Generator (3800 hours) has kept the engine hours down on this truck, as seen in the pics the truck has only 10,283 hours and 196,00 miles.
I have done all maintenance on this truck myself, oil changes every 7500 miles, transmission flushes brakes etc.. Brakes have at least 50% life both front and rear and I would guess about 80,000 miles left on the tires. Dual fuel tanks which hold approx 120 gallons of fuel. I switched the Espar heater over to Kerosene a few years back and I have had 0 issues with the heater since switching over.
The truck has a curb side tool box opening of 63" and the drivers side has a tool box opening of 115" inches (with the 3 wooden shelves that are in the pic removed) so you can get 2 54" tool boxes in if you wanted. As it sits with the 3 pictured wooden shelves the tool box opening is 86". The interior is all LED lights, all oak interior.
This truck has been the best tool truck I have ever owned, I am a multiple owner and only one of my employees has a class B CDL so I am moving my fleet to smaller trucks not requiring a CDL for drivers, and that is the only reason I am selling this. Everything works the truck needs nothing other than to be put to work selling tools!
